Our under body treatment have three different levels of treatment.

​

Level 1

Involves under side steam wash which is then followed by sanding down of rust.

​

We then follow this with dinitrol black rust proofing applied to chassis, floor sections, suspension arms, brake disc covers, steering bars, front/rear trailing arms, tank/tank guard, boot floor.

​

Level 2 

Involves under side steam wash which is then followed by sanding down of rust.

​

Chassis cavity wax for road use.

​

We then follow this with dinitrol black rust proofing applied to 

chassis, floor sections, suspension arms, brake disc covers, steering bars, front/rear trailing arms, wheel carrier supports, tank/tank guard, boot floor, front/rear bumper internal supports, arch externals.

This is aimed at all vehicles used on road both new and old which are looking for a one off solution to protect there vehicle both internally and externally

This service comes with a service book to show you have maintained and kept on top of the underseal. also with full step by step pictures of you vehicle during the underseal proses.

​

Level 3 

Involves under side steam wash which is then followed by sand down of the rust then treating the rust and sorting heavily corded areas with a rust inhibitor.

 

Two part cavity wax using a thinner ml wax to cover the inner of the chassis rail and then a thicker 1000 wax to give it extra protection if being used off road or older vehicles with more corrosion. this is applied to chassis rail and seals.

We then follow this with dinitrol black rust proofing applied to 

chassis, floor sections, suspension arms, brake disc covers, steering bars, front/rear trailing arms, wheel carrier supports, tank/tank guard, boot floor, front/rear bumper internal supports, arch externals.

This service comes with a service book to show you have maintained and kept on top of the underseal. also with full step by step pictures of you vehicle during the underseal proses. On top there is also a free first year inspection and touch up

We can all so offer a door cavity service which will protect the inner layer of the door form rusting from the inside. Prices start from £150 for this service.

while we have your land rover we can also do defender rear cross member painting with rust treatment and then red oxide followed by matt black. we can also do tow bars in the same way.

​

​

​

​

we require the land rover for 2 days to do the treatment at our work shop in little Clacton. we are a five minute walk from Thorpe le soken train station.
